The plugin side of Connor's live vault line (ZSDev/Connor#80 is the service side). Replaces the 30s GET /vault/outbox poll with an embedded streamable-HTTP MCP server matching the wire contract in connor/obsidian.py; folder Enable/Disable toggle; version 0.2.0. Built by Connor's dispatch 2026-09-01 against main @ 8b29e10 (first landed as Connor#81; Connor#83 removes the copy). npm run build passes. After merge: rebuild and copy main.js + manifest.json into the vault.

feat: streamable-HTTP MCP server — live read/write/modify/list/search for Connor caffc2cd12

Replaces the 30s GET /vault/outbox poll (the service dropped that endpoint
in ZSDev/Connor#80) with an embedded MCP server matching the wire contract
in connor/obsidian.py's Client docstring: tools for read/write/modify/list/
search over Vault + FileManager, Vault.process() for atomic modifies, the
Connor/ writeRoot enforced here in the plugin's write tool. Adds an
"Enable/Disable Connor" folder context-menu toggle with inherit-with-
override resolution. Version 0.1.0 -> 0.2.0 (wire contract changed).

Built by Connor's backend dispatch on 2026-09-01 against main @ 8b29e10;
it first landed in ZSDev/Connor as PR #81 because the dispatcher had no
target-repo parameter (fixed in Connor#82). npm run build passes.
