rebuild the state-aware panel (Knock/Sign-in/Sync + Connect-to-Connor button) on top of the MCP server already merged in main (head 4b127df) — reuse the existing mcpUrl() and settings.mcpPort rather than adding mcpToken/mintToken/renderBar duplicates, there is no outbox or notes button anymore so drop any reference to them, and write one README install sentence covering both the MCP address step and the state-aware toolbar

Built by Connor's frontend backburner (dispatch b80777ae) in an isolated clone; shipped deterministically by ship.py. The full build notes were spoken in conversation and stored in memory (agent-dispatch:b80777ae). Review is the gate.
